This simple deck girder bridge crosses Mosquito Creek near Reinbeck, Iowa.
Now abandoned, the bridge was constructed in 1904 with four deck girder spans. The bridge follows a typical BCR&N/Rock Island pattern of building long bridges with several girders to cross small creeks.
Resting on concrete substructures, the bridge was likely not included in the Pioneer Trail due to landowner objections. Because of this, the bridge has become very deteriorated. The tie deck is severely rotten.

The author has ranked this bridge as being locally significant, due to the common design.
